Responsibilities Execute approved payment cycles through electronic banking system (CitiDirect, etc.) and follow defined Standard Operating Procedures and GFS policy within treasury payments activities. Serve as Country POC for basic and simple inquiries related to vendor payments with minimal supervision. Check and review scheduled payments pro-actively. Follow up on payment issues using basic judgment and provide solutions for issue resolution. Responsible for monthly Inter-Company Netting exercise for support countries. Avoid payment rejection, delays, and duplicate payments. Keep ad-hoc requests to a minimum level and escalate as needed. Continuously improve productivity and service quality. Participate in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc., and provide necessary requirements as needed. Ensure SOPs or process documentation are up to date; update changes timely. Participate in projects or improvement initiatives and actively initiate improvements. Ensure compliance with global financial standards and internal controls specific to AR Process. Assist in ERP deployment and act as Super User. Train and assist (buddy for JG6). Qualifications Technical Skills: Accounting Knowledge, MS Office Knowledge, Analytical Skills, Process Knowledge, CI Mindset, Acc Recs. Soft Skills: Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time and Task Management, Stakeholder Management (Basic), Able to adapt to Accounting Systems, Cross team Collaboration, Innovative Thinking (Basic), Peer to Peer Training Skills (Basic).
