This team leads voucher operations across the SEA market to provide strategy and governance based on user segments, competitive benchmarking, E2E user experience and budget efficiency to push incremental value to the platform while maximizing returns on cost. We are looking for talents to join our voucher and user incentives team in Lazada. Overview Role: Promotion Mechanics Operations Manager. The role focuses on designing, executing, optimizing, analyzing, collaborating, and engaging with stakeholders to manage voucher operations and promotion mechanics across markets. Responsibilities Design Work with Regional and Philippines Country stakeholders to support the voucher and mechanics strategy for both campaign basis and BAU basis, including alignment with targets to strengthen user and buyer growth, as well as experimenting methodologies (i.e. AB-testing) Execute Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure the operational plan runs smoothly from vouchers creation to onsite set-up as well as performance and budget tracking Optimise Develop process and cadence to monitor voucher and mechanics performance to maximize impact based on the given budget and steer decision-making Analysis Lead the cross-country analysis framework on voucher and mechanics’ performance analysis with insights to continually refine spend strategy/budget allocation as well as identify key learnings and share best practices with the wider teams Collaborate Work closely with multiple teams locally and regionally to develop structure and fundamental governance/ SOPs and dashboard for clear visibilities across countries Engage Review strategies with senior stakeholders with direct impact on the country’s performance Qualifications Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Business Management or its equivalent More than 7 years of working experience in analytics, performance marketing, promotion & mechanics management, consulting or other quantitative positions.
