They perform tasks such as processing all Porting requests with carrier LNP teams and configuration of users, trunks, hunt groups, CC1, etc. in the BroadWorks application server. In the course of their daily tasks, the specialist will interface with PSTN carrier porting teams, the Masergy UCIM/PMs, and directly with the end customer as appropriate. Special projects will be periodically assigned.**Job Description****Core Responsibilities*** **UC Number Provisioning** - The primary responsibility of the UC Porting Specialist is new number acquisition, porting, and provisioning on a global scale. Excellent organization and multi-tasking capabilities are required as well as computer application literacy.* **BroadWorks Provisioning -** Additional responsibility to assist the UCIM/PM with BroadWorks user provisioning users, features and services in the BroadWorks application server.
