  • Examine and verify expenses of all branches for accuracy of reports.

  • Encoding of expenses per approval of Branch budget request.

  • Creating Credit memo to all branches according to the submitted monthly expenses.

  • Checking and computing for salesman commission and discount of all branches.

  • Preparing and summarizing creditable tax withheld 2307 from suppliers for submission to TDI office

  • Preparing and summarizing creditable tax withheld from branches customers for submission to TDI office.

  • Summarize and provide monthly expenses report from all branches for submission to the Immediate Head.

  • Preparing monthly summary of Marketing expenses of all branches for submission to designated personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Proficient in Microsoft application

  • Proficient in oral, written and/or non-verbal communication
