Accountant (Accounts Receivable) - Night Shift Location: National Capital Region, Philippines Posted 1 week ago Responsibilities Verifying the accuracy of the invoices and other accounting documents or records. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions such as disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, and accounts payable. Ensure monthly preparation of SOA. Accurate processing of clearances. Review and ensure accurate reversal of SM payment. On time and accurate preparation of 2307 issuance for all payments. Preparing schedules and monitoring expense accounts. Track tax payments and compile information for tax filing. Maintain an orderly financial filing system. Assist with other accounting projects in the office. Prepare w/ holding expanded and VAT relief. Prepare alpha list and 2316 of employees. Qualifications Willing to be assigned at Mr. Quickie Head office located at Brgy. San Miguel, Pasig. A bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy or relevant courses. With at least 2 years of expertise as an accounting staff/specialist. Can work from Mondays to Saturdays.
