About the Role: We are looking for a Commercial Account Specialist to join our team — a customer-focused sales professional who will help strengthen client partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive project success in the ICT and networking solutions industry. This role serves as the front liner of customer engagement , managing strategic relationships and ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their business needs. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and promote strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify potential business opportunities and engage key decision-makers to influence project outcomes. Understand clients’ business requirements, analyze challenges, and propose suitable ICT or networking solutions. Conduct market research, collect and analyze industry data, and track competitor trends. Organize and participate in high-level meetings, summits, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility. Lead or support project operations, including contract negotiation, clause improvement, and dispute resolution. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery and successful project implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Engineering . 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise sales , ideally in ICT, networking, or telecommunications. Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Motivated, target-driven, and eager to build long-term partnerships. Experience in companies like Reyee, Aruba, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Hikvision, or ViewSonic is highly desirable. Comfortable handling CXO-level clients and managing complex sales cycles.
