Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for selling the company’s products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieve outlined revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams; work on vertical market solutions.
  • Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.
  • Identify, solicit and qualify potential strategies with major existing accounts.
  • Communicate customer and sales commitments to the Supervisor and Operational department on time.
  • Provide proactive, result-oriented responses to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform full sales functions, prepare quotations, and gather market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver client needs.
  • Engage in relationship management, presales activities including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development for IT Services with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge and connections in the IT industry; background in Staff Augmentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and resourceful with leadership qualities.
