Overview We are looking for a Product Solutions Designer/Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering new products and services, as well as enhancing existing ones. The role involves leading cross-functional teams composed of engineers, technologists, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery from concept to launch. This role requires both technical understanding and customer-centric design thinking to bridge business needs with technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Managed the end-to-end design and delivery of new and existing digital products and solutions. Led cross-functional collaboration among engineering, marketing, finance, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Defined customer experiences, mock-ups, and wireframes in partnership with Product Owners. Analyzed customer data, conducted research, and A/B testing to ensure strong product-market fit. Worked with Technology Leads to determine the best architecture and technical trade-offs for product development. Partnered with QA and Test teams to define edge cases and customer impact scenarios. Oversaw project timelines, budgets, and progress reviews across all product development phases. Presented product development roadmaps and status updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. At least 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or solution design. Strong technical background (ability to understand or read source code is an advantage). Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects that meet strategic objectives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Strong understanding of process improvement, business operations, and digital product design. Work Setup Hybrid work arrangement – required to report onsite in BGC, Taguig at least twice a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
