Purpose of the Role The Finance Business Partner – Manager acts as a strategic advisor to assigned Business Units, leading financial planning, performance management, and commercial decision support. The role drives value creation through data‑driven insights, proactive business partnering, and sound financial stewardship. The position provides leadership to a small team and ensures alignment between business objectives and financial performance goals. Professional Experience 7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Decision Support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Functional Competencies Financial Planning, Evaluation & Analysis, Influence & Negotiation, Process Design & Monitoring, Accounting Policies & Procedures Technical Skills Forecasting, Budgeting, and Performance Management Financial Modeling, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization Advanced MS Excel and Analytical Tools Excellent Communication and Executive Presentation Skills Strong Leadership and People Development ERP and Planning Systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI Systems & Applications Accounting/Forecasting Systems/Application (eg SAP, Workday AI, Power BI, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc) Advanced Excel MS Office Key Accountability Strategic Business Partnering Lead financial strategy discussions with BU Heads and Senior Leadership Provide proactive insights and challenge assumptions to influence strategic and operational outcomes Oversee business case development for major initiatives, pricing, and investment decisions Strengthen business accountability through performance reviews and strategic alignment Budget Planning/Control and Monthly Forecasting Lead the end-to-end planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring linkage to company strategy Review and consolidate BU submissions, ensuring alignment and accuracy Present financial plans and outlooks to leadership and provide recommendations Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and tools Reporting and Financial Analysis Lead financial performance reviews, variance analyses, and business insights reporting Develop and enhance financial dashboards and reporting automation with FP&A Translate analytics into strategic recommendations for BU management Governance, Compliance & Process Optimization Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and governance frameworks Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation or simplification initiatives Support compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations Financial Regulatory Knowledge Keep abreast of local and international accounting standards, tax updates, and compliance requirements Support implementation of audit recommendations and internal control frameworks Minimum Qualifications College graduate of any Business Finance-related course (e.g. BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, BA Economics, BS Financial Management, BS Banking and Finance) CPA/CMA an advantage but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
