Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing first-line technical support. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues efficiently. Escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier support teams as required. Document all customer interactions and solutions in the internal database. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation. Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure smooth operations. Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve products and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of hands-on experience in UNIX/Linux server environments Hands-on experience with any enterprise storage system (ZFS, NAS/SAN, HPE, etc) Strong Linux system administration and open-source technology background Solid understanding of networking protocols, architectures, and fundamentals Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases while meeting SLAs Skilled in translating technical findings into clear, customer-facing updates Team-oriented with effective documentation and collaboration habits Benefits Competitive salary offer Qualification for an incentive bonus program after successfully completing 6 months in the company.
