Senior Fullstack Developer We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a passion for gaming and deep expertise in full-stack web technologies. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of web application development and game support systems, collaborating closely with game developers to build tools, services, and features that enhance game functionality and player experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications across the full technology stack (frontend and backend). Drive architectural decisions, ensure modular and maintainable codebases, and align solutions with product and business objectives. Cross-Functional Game Development Collaboration Collaborate closely with game development teams to design, integrate, and optimize backend services, tools, and dashboards that support live operations and development workflows. Act as a technical liaison between web systems and game engines, ensuring seamless connectivity and real-time performance. API Design, Integration & Microservices Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to power game features such as in-game events, user profiles, analytics, matchmaking, and content management. Ensure all integrations are secure, reliable, and performant at scale. Partner with UI/UX designers and artists (2D/3D) to develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experiences across internal tools and customer-facing platforms. Champion usability, accessibility, and performance best practices in frontend implementation. Performance, Scalability & Security Optimization Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and security vulnerabilities across platforms and devices. Implement best practices for data protection, authentication, and authorization in gaming environments. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that adheres to industry standards and internal guidelines. Lead and participate in code reviews, driving quality and consistency across the codebase. Issue Resolution & Production Stability Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both development and live production environments, ensuring system reliability and uptime. Implement monitoring and alerting tools to proactively address system health and performance. Technical Mentorship & Team Leadership Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on technical challenges, architecture, and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, contributing to hiring and onboarding when needed. Stay informed on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to both web and game development. Propose and implement improvements to development workflows, infrastructure, and technical strategies. Operational Support Take ownership of tasks beyond core development as assigned by leadership to support team goals and broader business objectives. Qualifications 12+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer. Solid experience with PHP (Laravel), Node.js, and Vue.js. Proven background in the gaming industry or strong understanding of game development workflows. Experience building tools, services, or dashboards for game development or live operations. In-Depth knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, version control, build process, testing, and deployments. Experience in developing distributed/scalable systems and high volume transaction applications. Strong grasp of object-oriented design, software architecture, and system design principles. Advanced proficiency with MySQL, RESTful APIs, and modern frameworks. Strong experience in API development, integration, and server/database management. Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
