Job Description:

Compliance and Risk Mitigation

  • Assists in filing and organizing compliance-related documents (e.g., Permits. MORs).
  • Supports the Officer/Coordinator in basic data entry and record-keeping related to compliance activities.
  • Helps distribute compliance training materials.

Contract Management

  • Assists in filing and organizing contract documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Supports data entry related to contract information.
  • Helps with basic document preparation and copying.

Documentation and Records Management

  • Performs basic filing and archiving of physical documents.
  • Assists with scanning and digitizing documents.
  • Supports the organization of electronic files and folders.

Data Privacy Implementation

  • Assists in organizing data privacy training materials.
  • Helps with basic data entry related to data privacy activities.

Insurance Management

  • Assists in filing and organizing insurance-related documents.
  • Supports basic data entry tasks related to insurance information.

Billing and Collection

  • Assists in preparing invoices for mailing or distribution.
  • Supports basic data entry related to billing and collection activities.
  • Helps with filing and organizing billing and collection records.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provides general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assists with preparing and distributing mail.
  • Helps with ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or compliance-related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
