Job Title: Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist (English & French)
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Canadian Time) or Flexible Schedule
Job Overview:We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist who is fluent in both English and French , confident in communication, and highly consistent in performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting sales outreach to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and helping drive business growth through excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in both English and French.
- Confidently present and communicate product/service information to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve sales processes.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Strong time management and consistency in meeting performance goals.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within Canadian business hours (9-5) or a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
