Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned brands.
  • Translate client briefs into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and production teams.
  • Manage timelines, WIPs, and internal resource coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Review creative outputs to ensure they align with the brand guidelines, brief, and platform best practices.
  • Maintain clear documentation of feedback loops, approvals, and version control across campaigns.
  • Raise potential risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Account Management, ideally in a creative or E-commerce setting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of content production workflows and digital campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in managing influencers, affiliates, or creators is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello), and asset tracking systems is a plus.
