- Oversee end-to end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes and payments

- Should be able to manage wide-scale allocated portfolio of various Accounts Payable Staffs in accordance with the company's internal processes and agreed terms

- Provide guidance, training and ongoing support to the Accounts Payable Staffs , fostering their professional development and technical capabilities

- Supporting the Accounts Payable Supervisor with implementation of enhancements that will improve service quality and/or reduce the cost of doing business.

- Review and verify vendor invoices and expense reports for compliance with company policies

- Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors to address billing issues

- Perform regular account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities

- Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

- Collaborate with cross-fucntional teams, including procurement and finance

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
