Job Description This role will work closely with business operations and support staff to bring leadership, compliance, skilled writing, and creativity to must‑win West pursuits. You will lead large proposals and presentations, support from pre‑RFP positioning through to the interview stage as required. Job Responsibilities Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals across regions or business lines. Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan and production. Provide conceptual leadership for document design and serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections for proposals. Facilitate color review (pink and red team) reviews and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals. Manage implementation of proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams. Participate in go/no‑go and greenlight analyses in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities. Complete internal debriefs for proposals you lead and review client feedback to demonstrate continuous improvement. Have solid working knowledge of company quality procedures and approval processes (legal, contracts, DOA, signatory). Liaise with business line teams, operations, technical, and business development professionals to develop marketing information (case studies, project sheets, capabilities summaries). Provide guidance to entry‑level proposal team members. Perform a self‑check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval. Qualifications BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field and at least 3‑4 years of managing design proposals, in particular winning work for facility design‑bid‑build and design‑build pursuits or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry. A detailed knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools. Strong working knowledge of word processing programs (e.g., Microsoft Word), spreadsheet management (Excel), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), as well as desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), graphics programs (e.g., InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop). Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc. Understanding of CRM. Salesforce experience is a plus. Initiative, skill, and personal commitment to manage multiple projects and details concurrently. Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others. Proven organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to complete varied work tasks on schedule and lead deliverable efforts by others. Ability to meet non‑negotiable client deadlines, sometimes with very fast turnaround times. Experience demonstrating leadership qualities. Additional Information Open to hybrid set‑up: 2‑3x per week in the office. Open to any shift schedule, particularly with night shift.
