Role Overview

TheAnalyst, Asset Management is a critical role responsible for managing and optimizing the lifecycle of fixed assets, particularly focusing on the management of laptops and related equipment. This position ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient logistical support to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities Fixed assets

• Report depreciation value of equipment

• Reconcile tally of stocks and units bought from vendors

• Create month-end reports and coordinate with necessary departments for collaboration and verification

End-to-end Laptop Logistics

• Ensure that laptops are deployed to users from suppliers and custodians on time

• Take care of laptop logistics (return and pick up of laptops via LBC, Transportify, Grab, etc.)

• Send and file equipment loan agreements and other laptop-related documents

• Escalate laptop issues and challenges

• Facilitate communication and coordination between laptop users and accredited service centers to ensure that laptop repairs are carried out effectively and efficiently

• Ensure that all are accounted for in our ITAM

Admin

• Keep relevant reports and trackers updated

• Perform any ad hoc tasks, as assigned

• Support and enable employees, manage resources, and engage with the broader community

• Ensure that employees have the necessary tools, resources, and support throughout their employment journey

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets formulas and functions (at least “Advance” proficiency)

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Mac OS

• Proficient in data management and analysis

• Tech-savvy or quick to learn about technology

• Proficiency in Macro/Database/Access/Basic Programming

Job Requirements

• Willing to work fully onsite in ourTemporary office located in Alabang.

• Willing and available to work during the graveyard shift and has the flexibility to work on any day of the week.

Relevant Experience Required

• At least 2 years of experience handling Asset Management, Logistics, and other correlating tasks and responsibilities.

Educational and Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other correlating degrees.
