They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Act as primary communications liaison between leadership, on-site project managers, trades, and suppliers Coordinate with trades and suppliers to confirm schedules, quotes, and manage procurement of materials Maintain clear and consistent internal team communications to ensure project alignment Cross-check quotes from suppliers and trades to secure optimal pricing Accurately allocate all project costs to their respective jobs in Wunderbuild system Maintain up-to-date job profitability tracking and coordinate with accounting for seamless financial workflows Organize all job documentation and create advanced scheduling considering workloads and travel times Ensure compliance requirements are met for each project and coordinate with site managers and field teams Document all operational procedures and create SOPs for communications, scheduling, finance processes, and compliance workflows Optimize integrations between Wunderbuild, Xero, and Monday.com systems Manage email triage to reduce leadership’s inbox overwhelm (currently 130 unread emails with 30 requiring action) Build out detailed project schedules using provided templates and dive deep into scheduling optimization Scopes Manage communications and coordination for multiple concurrent residential and commercial construction projects Handle all internal team communications while leadership maintains direct client relationships initially Achieve 50% reduction in leadership’s weekly time spent coordinating with trades, suppliers, and internal staff Ensure 100% accurate job cost allocation with zero discrepancies in job costing audits Deliver monthly profitability reports within 48 hours of month end Maintain 95% adherence to scheduled timelines with built-in 5% allowance for adjustments Achieve zero project delays due to miscommunications or missing documentation Confirm all trades and suppliers at least 1-2 weeks ahead of scheduled start dates Create comprehensive SOP library covering all core administrative and operational processes Reduce process-related questions from team members by 90% through clear documentation and procedures Complete quarterly system optimization reviews for continuous improvement Successfully integrate and optimize workflows between Wunderbuild, Xero, and Monday.com platforms Requirements Strong understanding of construction methodology and jobsite processes - must understand how construction sites operate and the flow of building projects Experience with construction project management software (Wunderbuild experience preferred, or similar platforms like Buildertrend, Procore, or Buildxact) Excellent communication skills for coordinating with trades, suppliers, and internal teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate job costing and documentation Ability to work independently and take initiative in process improvement Experience with financial tracking and cost allocation in construction projects Proficiency with scheduling and project coordination Understanding of construction compliance and documentation requirements Technical aptitude for learning and optimizing software integrations Australian construction industry knowledge preferred HMO Coverage in eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Reminder Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
