We arelooking for a Safety Officer II to join our project site in Tanauan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and implementing health and safety programs across all site operations. Responsibilities: - Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety standards. - Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. - Lead toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training sessions. - Prepare and submit incident reports, investigations, and safety documentation. - Coordinate with project management and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. - Recommend and implement preventive measures to minimize workplace hazards. Qualifications: - Must be accredited by DOLE as Safety Officer II - At least 1–2 years of relevant construction or site safety experience preferred. - Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. - Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
