Develop narratives and storytelling techniques that enhance audience connection and campaign resonance. Optimize written content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with best practices in SEO and audience engagement. Campaign Execution and Impact Shape content that drives audience engagement and strengthens brand identity. Stay informed on content trends and consumer behavior to inspire innovative executions. Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign objectives. Monitor the performance of written content and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration and Innovation Partner with cross‑functional teams to refine content strategies and ensure cohesive execution. Work closely with Talent Management to strategize and craft creative content for exclusive talents. Assist the Growth team with content‑focused materials for pitches and presentations. Encourage team creativity by sharing knowledge of current industry trends and successful campaigns. Service Development Research and analyze emerging trends in copywriting, content strategies, and digital marketing. Recommend improvements or new services to enhance the company's creative offerings. People Management: Coach and mentor Client Success Managers and Executives, providing pre‑call syncs, on‑call feedback, and post‑call syncs.
