This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and is passionate about providing outstanding support in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email in both Spanish and English Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, returns, and general service concerns Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Escalate issues when necessary, following proper procedures and protocols Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge at all times Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (BPO experience preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail support is a plus Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and work onsite What We Offer Competitive salary and language premium Performance-based bonus HMO coverage and other benefits Career growth and training opportunities Supportive and inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
