Test Manager – Salesforce & MuleSoft (Pooling) Thakral One is reinforcing quality governance for large-scale application delivery. As Test Manager, you will define and oversee testing strategy, defect management, and UAT readiness for Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions. The Role. Define test strategies, plans, and scenarios aligned with sprint cadence. Govern defect lifecycle and enforce SLA by severity. Track and report on quality KPIs, including UAT sign-offs and hypercare defect thresholds. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners for coverage. Ensure readiness for release deployments and dry runs. The Expertise. Required Skills: 5+ years in test management with enterprise application projects. Strong SIT/UAT governance, defect severity management, and stakeholder reporting. Familiar with Azure DevOps test management. Desired Skills: Salesforce and MuleSoft testing exposure. Telecom industry QA experience. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, QA, or related discipline. Other Relevant Information: Experience: 5 to 12 years Job Type: On-site, Hybrid About us.
