Key Responsibilities Research and identify target prospects (C‑Suite executives, entrepreneurs, high‑growth companies) that align with CEO Concierge’s Ideal Client Profile across the U.S., Europe, Australia, UAE, and LAC/SA regions. Build and maintain comprehensive prospect lists and execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking events. Leverage referral programs, partnerships, and Dream 100 targeting strategies to generate leads. Conduct initial outreach to engage prospects, assess needs, and determine fit using structured qualification criteria (budget, authority, needs, timeline, culture fit). Effectively position CEO Concierge’s value proposition, including All‑in‑One Pricing, Executive Compatibility Assessment, and Service Continuity Guarantee. Identify and address client pain points related to time management, delegation, and administrative burden. Log all activities, conversations, and notes in the CRM with high accuracy; maintain a clean pipeline and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives/Partnership Managers. Track and report KPIs such as outreach volume, connect rate, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities; provide weekly reporting to Sales Director/CEO. Schedule and confirm discovery/strategy calls, ensuring complete knowledge transfer and context for Partnership Managers or Sales Executives. Collaborate with marketing to share feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality. Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the VA/BPO and executive support industry. Participate in weekly training, role‑plays, and performance coaching; provide structured feedback to improve sales positioning and collateral. Qualifications Proven experience in end‑to‑end sales, lead generation, and outbound prospecting. Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, Airtable, Zoom, Calendly, and GoHighLevel. Strong skills in admin support, file management, calendar management, email management, appointment setting, and customer service (including calls). Experience in sales (lead generation and outbound calls), email marketing, data management, and CRM management. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate CRM hygiene and reporting. Willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and provide feedback for process improvement. Must be amenable to work at night. Must be comfortable working with timetrackers.
