The main responsibilities of a RESEARCH ANALYST (SUPERVISOR LEVEL) include:

Write and edit research reports by reviewing publicly available information as disclosed by public companies, verifying data and issuing recommendations based on Glass Lewis policies.
Analyze and make voting recommendations for governance and/or compensation related proposals in Europe, Latin America and Canada.
Demonstrate firm competency in Glass Lewis governance policy; deviate from Glass Lewis policy and provide cogent explanations when necessary
Assist in mentoring seasonal research associates, providing feedback and assistance in the writing and editing of research reports.
Helps to improve training program for research associates
Contributes to policy and guidelines update processes, and contributes to annual content projects on an as-needed basis
Helps identify and implement possible changes to research tools on an ongoing basis
Supervisory Responsibilities
Mentor senior research associates,providing feedback and assistance in writing and editing of research reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Qualifications should include required and other experience or qualifications
BA/BS degree required
At least one year (two or more preferred) of experience in an active corporate governance research role.
At least 1 year of experience of supervising research associates.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint. Basic understanding of HTML highly desired.
Willingness to learn applications used to communicate with other teams (JIRA, Slack, Outlook, MS Teams etc.).
Strong time-management, problem solving and people skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching is highly desired.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

Highly desirable but not essential language skills in the following: Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Dutch, Nordic Languages
