PROCESS EXPERT - FRENCH Key Responsibilities: Carries out all export/import activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key performance Indicators (KPI’s). Adheres to process and account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation. Responds to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner (thru email) and escalates difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs. Has responsibility for improving the standard procedures while processing export/import documents with a keen eye on meeting the end customer's requirements. Is empowered to suggest changes to the Operating processes based on experience. Qualifications: Willing to work in mid-shift schedule and hybrid set-up. With at least 1 year experience – in Customer Service, BPO, Shipping Industry for Voice and Non-voice. Can communicate in both English and French. Knowledgeable with basic Excel, Salesforce (case management style) High analytical skills, ownership and multi-tasking 2. SENIOR COLLECTOR SPECIALIST – PORTUGUESE Key responsibilities: Initiates and receives business to business collection calls. Reviews open invoices to understand why they are not yet paid and does necessary steps to settle them as early as possible. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems. Manages assigned portfolio through relationship building (internal & external) and by applying innovative problem solving. Works hand in hand with Credit Analyst, Collection Analyst and Sales in terms of new application, renewal, and revocation of credit facility. Communicates collection results/issues with Team Lead or Collection Manager. Participates in conference calls with Sales Team and Customers. Logs transaction in AR tool with the use of SAP and other legacy system to perform collections. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related courses. At least 2 years’ experience in direct contact with customer (C. Service or Collections). With excellent negotiation skills and a win‑win attitude.
