Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Quezon City. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and placing successful hires. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to define qualifications, manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
