A Day in a Life

As a startup, your days will be diverse and dynamic. You'll often multitask, and your skills may support various business priorities. The core responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand clients' logistics needs and offer tailored solutions
Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Conduct client visits and presentations to showcase services
  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets through active pursuit and closing of opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors for new opportunities
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to management
Internal Relationship Management
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Build positive relationships with overseas teams and partners
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and trade practices

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with logistics and sales tools. Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain management is preferred.
