  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize company performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Monitor and control company expenses to enhance profitability.
  • Assist in investment decisions and financial risk management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
