Job description and minimum qualifications: DATA ENCODER: Qualifications: Educational Background: College Graduate Preferably 6-12 months experience but accepting fresh graduates Fast Learner and able to work under pressure Computer Literate Job description: A Data Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and organizing data from various sources into computer databases and files. Key duties include data verification, quality control, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring data security and confidentiality. Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy are essential for this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Data Entry and Input: Inputting new information from source documents, such as paper files or digital forms, into a computer system. Data Verification and Quality Control: Checking data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correcting them as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness. File Management: Organizing, sorting, scanning, and filing physical and digital documents to maintain an organized and accessible record system. Database and Record Maintenance: Regularly updating existing records with new data and maintaining the integrity of databases.
