Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist handling Training, Employee Relations, Timekeeping, and Recruitment
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration and HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
- Willing to travel within South Luzon to support multiple sites
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned sites
- Designing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs, orientations, and employee development sessions
- Supporting timekeeping administration including monitoring attendance, absences, overtime, and leaves
- Assisting in compensation and benefits administration and compliance
- Leading and assisting in employee engagement programs and activities
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns and providing guidance on policies and workplace standards
- Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee records
- Preparing and submitting HR reports for North Luzon sites
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
