Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist handling Training, Employee Relations, Timekeeping, and Recruitment
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration and HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must possess a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
  • Willing to travel within South Luzon to support multiple sites
Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned sites
  • Designing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs, orientations, and employee development sessions
  • Supporting timekeeping administration including monitoring attendance, absences, overtime, and leaves
  • Assisting in compensation and benefits administration and compliance
  • Leading and assisting in employee engagement programs and activities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns and providing guidance on policies and workplace standards
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee records
  • Preparing and submitting HR reports for North Luzon sites
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
