We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale a fast-moving tech product through high-quality, AI-assisted development. You’ll work across backend and frontend systems, taking on tickets from smaller features and bug fixes to larger, complex builds—moving quickly without sacrificing quality. If you thrive in dynamic environments, can take a ticket and run with it, and know how to “vibe code” with AI tools to deliver production-ready work, this role is for you. Perks & Benefits Paid in USD , every 15th & 30th of the month ️ Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote – work from anywhere Build alongside a cutting-edge product team using AI-driven workflows Work on a product with rapid iteration and scaling opportunities What You’ll Be Doing Full Stack Development Implement features and fixes across a modern stack: TypeScript/Node, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development while maintaining quality Start with smaller tickets and scale up to complex builds Maintain autonomy in implementation with clear ticket context, plus collaborative support when needed Ensure code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable Product & Workflow Integration Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine requirements and deliver quickly Balance speed with reliability in production deployments Contribute to improving development processes, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows ✅ Who You Are 5+ years of experience in full stack development Strong TypeScript skills, plus comfort working with Python, PostgreSQL, AWS Proficient in AI-assisted coding and familiar with tools like Cursor and Claude Code Able to take tickets with minimal context and execute at a high level Highly organized, self-sufficient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Bonus: Experience with collaborative, remote-first development teams How to Apply Please submit: ✅ Your updated resume ✅ A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and your development strengths.
