We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (CSA) who will take charge of cost management and contract administration for our civil, structural, and architectural works. If you are detail-oriented, results-driven, and ready to grow with a leading company, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare BOQ, estimates, and budgets for CSA works.

  • Handle tendering, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations.

  • Manage contracts, variations, and cost control.

  • Monitor project expenses and prepare cost reports.

  • Certify progress claims and validate site accomplishments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in civil/structural/architectural works.

  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost control systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QS tools (AutoCAD advantage).

  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
