Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Learning & Development Officer. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The position also manages relationships with learning partners, internal and external facilitators, and ensures timely coordination of sessions. Responsibilities Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs. Develop and deliver engaging learning programs (e.g., workshops, e-learning, coaching). Customize training content to align with business goals and address the needs of identified participants. Track and report on training completion and facilitator effectiveness; share and discuss post-session feedback for continuous improvement. Partner with internal and external trainers, vendors, and subject matter experts. Promote learning initiatives across the organization. Ensure training programs meet regulatory and company standards. Maintain records of training and certifications using UR Learning (Learning Management System). Qualifications College graduate, any degree. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Proficiency in using LMS platforms and e-learning tools. Familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera). Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities. Strong facilitation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, managers, and employees. Data‑driven with ability to analyze performance reports and trends and make actionable recommendations. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. One (1) full-time position available.
