The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to the bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with the branch, sales, and service teams. We are looking for a dynamic individual with an independent mindset and a drive to succeed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with branch sales and service teams to offer innovative products that meet clients' protection, savings, and investment needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Assist the Business Center in achieving sales targets, including lead generation, conversion, account acquisition, maintenance, and cross-selling of products.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports; review and adjust plans with managers; conduct client calls and presentations.
  • Generate new accounts, deepen existing relationships, and handle account management to improve profitability.
  • Maintain good relations with clients by promptly addressing their financial needs.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for clients.
  • Conduct market research, client mapping, telesales, and on-site presentations, sometimes jointly with the Branch Manager.
  • Promote referrals of products and services to clients.
  • Perform KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures according to client risk profiles.
  • Check and respond to daily email communications.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as required.
  • Comply with HR system requirements and complete all mandated trainings on time, adhering to all regulatory and company policies.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide financial advice to enhance customer experience and generate leads.
  • Provide post-sales service and escalate complaints appropriately.
  • Facilitate collections through various payment methods.
  • Plan leads regularly with the Branch Manager to generate quality sales opportunities.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in bancassurance sales is preferred, but candidates with sales and customer service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, hospitality, or IT industries are encouraged to apply.

  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
