This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing field collections operations. Duties include developing and enforcing policies, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and training to field collectors, and implementing process improvements to achieve target recovery rates. This position also handles complaint resolution, staff recruitment, and team management. Role Description: Create and maintain field collections policy and ensure it is regularly followed. Create, monitor, and update field collections reports. Conduct field visits for evaluation and coaching. Work closely with field collectors to achieve the target recovery rate per month. Facilitate huddles, meetings, and calibration. Facilitate or assist in training roll‑out, such as new‑hire training and up‑skill training. Serve as point person for complaint coordination and resolution for field activities. Assist in screening and hiring of field collectors. Propose improvements for field collections. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of people management in a Philippine collections environment. Field collections experience is a plus but not required. Possess a personal motorcycle and be willing to do field work. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required. Good communication skills in English. Good grasp of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other presentation applications. Good presentation and analytical skills. Preferably resides in North Metro Manila.
