Overview

Our client is seeking a Workday Learning Functional Lead to provide global and local solutions to business problems and requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the organisation’s strategy, way of working and business architecture. The successful candidate will design, improve, and optimise Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, with a key focus on employee experience.

What you'll do
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business strategies and operational needs, using deep subject matter expertise in designated Workday functional areas to solve problems and optimise processes.
  • Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into effective Workday configuration designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Global Process Leads, Product Owners, IT Workday Team) to design or optimise the Workday solution based on the established Global Footprint.
  • Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps to support ongoing improvements.
  • Work with Global teams and countries to implement or enhance Workday solutions within the Global Footprint.
  • Focus on enhancing the employee experience through Workday solutions.
What you bring
  • Proven 4–6 years of Experience in Workday implementation.
  • Experience in multiple Workday modules: Core HCM and Learning are essential; familiarity with Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & Absence, and Talent is a plus.
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and/or other modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
  • Experience as a Functional Consultant in at least one full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong business analytical skills to translate problems into clear solutions.
  • Organised and disciplined with a track record of meeting deadlines.
