Job Description

Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and solutions.

  • Solutions-Based Sales: Assess client needs and develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and presentations. Position the company as a trusted solutions partner.
  • Business Development: Generate leads and convert them into sales. Track market trends and competitor activities. Network at industry events and client meetings to create opportunities.
  • Sales Process & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Work with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs. Provide sales forecasts and feedback to management. Maintain accurate documentation of proposals and communications.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in construction or interior design).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
