Client Solutions Manager

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and solutions.

2. Solutions-Based Sales

  • Assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and presentations.
  • Position the company as a trusted solutions partner.

3. Business Development

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Network at industry events and client meetings to create opportunities.

4. Sales Process & Closing

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Provide sales forecasts and feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of proposals and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in construction or interior design).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
