Join IHG as a Consultant, Critical Response and Support in Makati City, driving high-volume revenue and managing key client accounts. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Generating high-volume revenue for selected, critical, need accounts. Handling all inquiries promptly to meet client expectations in a fast-paced environment. Performing SOPs for accounts requiring rooms during critical and non-critical events. Managing the relationship between the IHG managed account and the Key Account Manager. Collaborating sales efforts cross-regionally, across departments, and market segments as needed. Developing and maintaining an accurate knowledge base of assigned accounts. Providing resolution to reservation concerns from accounts. Accurately tracking each request and all associated revenue. Providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries from internal and external partners. Completing special projects as required. About You The company is looking for: Proactive, adaptable individuals eager to learn, whether early in their careers or with prior experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to various audiences including internal teams, hotel leadership, and external partners. Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail. Strong decision-making skills with critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment beyond set procedures. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in managing changing business needs, workflows, or priorities. High initiative and ownership; comfortable working with minimal supervision and contributing ideas to improve processes. Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills across departments and positive relationship building. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Willingness to learn and develop skills in platforms such as Salesforce and hotel-related systems. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Preferred but not required: exposure to hotel sales operations or hospitality industry practices, experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, internship or project experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
