Responsibilities Apply technical knowledge (SAP FICO and VIM) to solve application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high risk/complexity. Provide specific technical expertise and skills in problem investigating, estimating, proposing alternative solutions, addressing security considerations, etc. Provide leadership and direction to team members working on a specific application. Provide technical expertise for the application and be versed in the application's functions and interfaces. Coordinate work assignments and activities within the team, and be typically a subject-matter expert of the work domain. Provide technical support and input on the application of technology, and advice on solution and integration opportunities Where warranted, communicate across client community appropriate to scope of technical understanding, and in coordination with client delivery management Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for DXC and for customers. Build SAP FICO and VIM capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants. Manage a team responsible for package software application development. Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently. Collaborate with senior management to define team/account or departmental goals. Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions. Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards.
