With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach Job Summary The position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of Installment payments (Balance Transfer and Cash2Go), Rewards Redemptions, Bills2Pay Enrollment and Billings, maintenances and transaction postings (financial and non-financial). Process and update requests and inquiries received from business units via CIMS, iFriend, eServices, email, etc. Support the implementation of robust controls and compliance to risk policies to prevent losses due to (external and internal) fraud and operational errors and failures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in business related course Proficient in various software applications including MS Word and Excel Has good written and oral communication skills Has good time management, coordination skills, and is detail-oriented.
