Position Title:  Transaction Processing Assistant

Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of Installment payments (Balance Transfer and Cash2Go), Rewards Redemptions, Bills2Pay Enrollment and Billings, maintenances and transaction postings (financial and non-financial).
  • Process and update requests and inquiries received from business units via CIMS, iFriend, eServices, email, etc.
  • Support the implementation of robust controls and compliance to risk policies to prevent losses due to (external and internal) fraud and operational errors and failures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in business related course
  • Proficient in various software applications including MS Word and Excel
  • Has good written and oral communication skills
  • Has good time management, coordination skills, and is detail-oriented.
  • Flexible and can multi task
  • Must be willing to report 100% onsite
