People and communities thrive when spaces in which they live work, move and play are designed managed in a wat that best meets their needs As part of Project and Program Management team, you'll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic project imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday Role accountabilities: Independently deliver and own elements of planning assignments, applying strong technical and analytical skills to meet project objectives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and high-quality project delivery within budget and timeframe. Prepare, maintain, and analyze project schedules, progress reports (including s-curves and earned value), and other documentation as required. Monitor project progress, advise on mitigating delays, and conduct forensic delay analysis as needed. Apply and share knowledge of standard planning, programme management practices, and SOPs; mentor and support junior team members. Ensure compliance with risk, safety, and project management principles, escalating issues and contributing to process improvements. Interpret data, support decision-making with clear recommendations, and provide timely, accurate data collection and reporting. Build master programmes from scratch, including logic links, resource, and cost loading using advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project). Respond to planning queries from internal/external stakeholders and assist senior staff in addressing stakeholder issues. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate of BS Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent in a relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years experience as a Planner with a professional experience in consultancy or contracting Proficiency in Primavera P6, Ms Project and with 4D Planning Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers, immediate seniors, cross functional teams and build relationships Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive positive change and challenge status quo Why Arcadis?
