GoRocky Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Head of Growth We are looking for a Head of Growth who can take ownership of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our digital channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, especially in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and data‑driven optimization. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams—Product, Creative, Brand, and Operations—to scale our customer base efficiently while maintaining strong ROI on marketing spend. Arrangement: Full‑Time – Mon‑Fri; Hybrid – Makati What You'll Do: Own the full growth funnel— from acquisition to retention and monetization. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels. Continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data insights. Lead the growth strategy, including channel expansion, lifecycle marketing, referral programs, and partnerships. Analyze data from multiple sources (Ads Manager, GA4, CRM, internal dashboards) to derive actionable insights. Work with the creative team to conceptualize and test high‑performing ad creatives and messaging. Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Identify new growth opportunities through emerging platforms, trends, and customer behaviors. Build and manage a high‑performing growth team over time. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing—ideally within a startup, tech, or healthtech environment. Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition using Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable ROI. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel. Comfortable with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and marketing automation. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy and execution. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating cross‑functionally. Bonus: Experience with SEO, influencer marketing, CRM (HubSpot, Klaviyo), or retention marketing.
