Why This Role Matters As we scale, we need a dedicated in-house finance professional to take charge of our internal accounting and ensure that our operations run smoothly and compliantly. This is a chance to own the accounting function of a growing business and build strong systems from the ground up. What You’ll Do Record and monitor day-to-day transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses . Ensure all transactions are supported with valid invoices, receipts, and official documentation . Prepare and file taxes (VAT, withholding tax, income tax) and manage compliance with BIR and LGU permits . Handle payroll preparation and ensure timely remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions . Manage bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow . Oversee petty cash and reimbursements with proper documentation and controls. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements for management. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in line with Philippine accounting standards. What We’re Looking For Graduate of Accountancy ; CPA license required . At least 5 years of accounting experience , preferably with exposure to both compliance and internal finance. Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, permits, and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, proactively, and accurately under deadlines.
