Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Location: Remote — Role Type: Full-Time

About The Role

We\'re seeking an experienced SDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. You\'ll work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. The company provides lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets.

What success looks like: 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget. You\'ll be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities.

This role suits people who consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company serious about scaling revenue.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
