Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ensure installation of streamers, flanges, store signage and other advertising paraphernalia within the specified standards (strategically limited, high visibility) and assist in trade / promo sampling.
  • Generate consumer pull and provide reports assessing activity.
  • Conduct regular spot checks of billboards and locations, including illumination at night and evaluation of location.
  • Assist in implementation of product launches.
  • Perform regular trade checking through monitoring of Barometer accounts on Market Share, Pricing Compliance, Store Display.
  • Check cooler placements and productivity.
  • Coordinate with Sales and third-party agencies regarding the schedule of presence programs.

Qualifications :

  • College graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Marketing experience required.
  • Knowledge of driving with a valid driver's license (1,2 codes) and ability to drive a 4-wheeler.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork.
  • Residence near Kawit, Cavite.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle one of the Company's market leader brands for baby care.
  • Report to the Marketing Director and manage direct reports.
  • Develop brand strategies and translate them into key executional objectives for Above-the-Line Advertising, Below-the-Line activations, and Digital Programs.
  • Mine consumer insights and ensure compelling executions across ATL, BTL and Digital to drive growth.
  • Lead agencies and cross-functional teams in planning and implementation of brand plans.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and recommend focus areas or action plans.

Requirements :

  • College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
  • At least 7 years in FMCG/CPG industries.
  • Experience handling a flagship or market leader brand in a principal company.
  • At least 3 years at MM/GBM/GPM/SBM level with performance management of ABMs.
  • Extensive experience in TV, Radio, and Print Advertising; digital campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams; strong data and insights capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Nielsen Answers Software and ability to analyze multiple data sets.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to improve mix, profits, and GP margins.
  • Record of successful below-the-line and digital activations.
