E-commerce Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Grow San Miguel Foods volume of internal platform by planning and implementing effective e-commerce channel marketing and promotional activities
  • Work with SMF brands to conceptualize, develop and launch new marketing and promotional activities
  • Develop solid go-to-market strategies by collaborating with the assigned brand/s and their agency teams, and other internal stakeholders to achieve superior customer experience
  • Develop insights, through research and consumer engagement, that will lead to solid customer satisfaction
  • Design and develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing strategies for SMF and its various brands
  • Create breakthrough, cutting-edge marketing ideas that will change the game for our brands and deliver breakthrough business growth through our platform
  • Create/provide key visual ideas to increase customer reach and excite customers
  • Conceptualize, develop and launch new product promotions that will enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Launch new innovations to improve the shopping experience, such as new ways of ordering (e.g., automated messenger chatbot, social commerce, etc.)
  • Create and maintain the platform’s brand book (ie. brand portfolio such as product images, videos, product info)
  • Grow and develop the e-commerce team’s expertise and knowledge in e-commerce through personal training and constant research of best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce marketing and operations, particularly in managing a mobile e-commerce app operation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
