Customer Support Engineer

Role Purpose: Acts as the first point of contact for customers post-installation, ensuring prompt technical support, machine troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer machine issues. Log and escalate unresolved concerns using the CRM system . Guide customers remotely via phone, email, or other platforms . Provide technical support during installations and trainings. Prepare reports and technical documentation. BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferably licensed). Experience as Technical Service Coordinator or in Call Center/Technical Support . Strong understanding of technology products and remote desktop tools . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Willingness to work in Bajada, Davao City .
