Overview About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, relentless DTC Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to take the reins on paid acquisition and scale Meta campaigns with precision. This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on one thing: driving efficient, profitable growth for a high-velocity DTC eCommerce brand. You’ll work closely with Cori (our Head of Growth) and a fractional Head of Growth to test creative, optimize funnels, and scale spend across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. You’ll manage eight-figure budgets, run structured experiments, and turn insights into scalable results — all while keeping CAC tight and ROAS healthy. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes DTC performance. You’ve been in the trenches managing high-spend Shopify accounts, understand the nuances of creative fatigue and attribution, and see media buying as a craft. You want to grow beyond campaign execution — learning full-funnel growth strategy directly from elite operators while owning day-to-day results and becoming a key driver of Autobrush’s next stage of scale. You’ll be responsible for Scaling Meta campaigns (bonus if you’ve touched YouTube/Google) profitably — with clear CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets Building and launching creative tests at high velocity — new hooks, angles, formats, and iterations weekly Writing strong briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers that translate data into actionable creative direction Using AI tools like Motion, ChatGPT, and Shopify Sidekick to speed up analysis, ideation, and reporting Monitoring performance daily and making quick, informed calls on spend allocation, audience refinement, and creative rotation Building funnels and partnering with CRO and creative teams to turn paid insights into new pages, offers, and on-site experiences that boost conversion Driving consistent growth through disciplined testing, data fluency, and creative excellence Owning growth strategy — you’ll be guided and supported by both our Head of Growth and a fractional Head of Growth (yes, two) Managing a team — you’ll work with freelancers and partners, but your focus is execution and results Setting long-term vision — this role is about speed, precision, and performance You’ll thrive here if You’ve managed $20K+/day on Meta and love being deep in the weeds of scaling campaigns You get energy from testing creative, refining funnels, and turning insights into growth You move fast, stay organized, and problem-solve through data — performance always comes first You treat CAC and contribution margin like your own P&L and know when to double down or pivot You’re hungry to grow beyond media buying, using this role as a springboard into a broader growth strategy You love being part of a scrappy, high-ownership team that punches above its weight What Makes Us Special We care.
